Wealth of dynamic processes from meso to submesoscales

We were blessed with a very clear sky over Australia's Northwest few days ago. The SST data from Sentinel3 SLSTR sensor reveals mesmerizing mesoscale eddies along the famous Leeuwin warm currents. Zooming in in the areas circled in white, the SST observation unveiled exquisite submesoscale intricacies and a myriad of filamentation.
