SWH along the Ultim routes

Two weeks after the start in Brest of the Arkea Ultim challenge around the world, the Ultims are now scattered over the indian ocean. The three leaders of the fleet trajectories have been drawn over the SWH from the MFWAM meteo France model (background image) and SWH observations from altimeters. Maxi Edmond de Rotschild is about to enter the Pacific Ocean and has encountered large waves this past few days. Maxi SODEBO Ultim 3 is sailing on a northern route and benefit from a calmer ocean. Streamlines in white represents the ocean currents from CMEMS.
