No processing will take place on 1st January, updates on the infrastructure will be performed on 2nd January starting 08:00 UTC and should take several hours, potentially making 2023 and 2024 data impossible to load for a few minutes.
Backlog will be processed in priority and operations on NRT data are expected to resume in the evening.
If a Syntool portal containing these data is opened in your browser, you will need to refresh the webpage in order to see 2025 data once the maintenance is over.
As always, we will do everything we can to keep this data unavailability as short as possible.
Other maintenance activities are currently planned for 8th January, we will post another news to confirm the date and the extent of impacted service/data.
